Customer Review: Love hearing these songs, most in a different style from the hits. The artists are very good. Two criticisms: First, a few have very abrupt cuts at the end, as if part of the song is dropped. Second, the title song is not on the album even through the insert says that it is on disc 2.
Customer Review: I have heard of Charlotte Church, and had to check out this particular CD from a public library to see what all the buzz was about. Ms. Church's voice is so thin and lacks any resonance, it makes my flesh crawl listening to it. Who is the schmuck that signed this gal to a recording contract,... more info
Customer Review: Highly enjoyable version, although my personal preference is the Canadian version with Donny Osmond. The narrator in the London version is top notch as are the other cast members - well worth the money for all this listening pleasure

Customer Review: Interesting compilation of Sondheim ballads with a great variety of artists - from the incomparable Cleo Laine and Barbara Cook to singers you've never heard of who are equally impressive.
Customer Review: I suppose that everyone who is interested in Broadway musicals is familiar with "The Music Man," from seeing it on Broadway, to the movie version, to touring companies, to the unfortunate recent television adaptation, and even to local theater groups.
And, I suppose that most of them listen to... more info
Customer Review: Once again, Steve Jablonsky has made a true movie score. It is not his absolut best work, which has to be the score of Transformers, yet it belongs to a 5-Star Moviescore. He gave a true personal touch to this work and this makes the difference between a movie soundtrack and a movie score. Probably... more info
