An Excellent Elements 6 Companion:

Even though it is titled as an "Advanced" manual, this is the book that is most useful for a person who is experienced with other software but is new to Photoshop Elements 6. Philip Andrews style is clear and very pleasant to read. His book explains and instructs the techniques that will be valuable to the user who has done basic photo improvement editing in other software and is looking for the additional editing facility that Photoshop Elements 6 offers. This book is highly recommended and a "must read."

Taking it to the next level:

I was looking for something to help me with some of the more complex features in Elements. This book is doing it for me. Great examples, photos, and procedures in the book. I recommend this book for those who need more in-depth use of PhotoShop Elements.

This is a book that is designed for those already familiar with Photoshop Elements 6 (PE6). The range of techniques and methods start with some the basics and also include more advanced techniques for handling and enhancing images.
