fan of the series but not this one:

First want to say that I loved the series but this just doesn't measure up at all. The stories were not gripping or very interesting. My suggestion would be to get it out of the library if you want to read it -- I wouldn't want to pay for this one.

of all the sookie's i liked this one the least:

i felt that a lot of the short stories were just dumb and i didn't even finish the book.

Cute stories,but not up to par:

I am a fan of the Sookie Stackhouse novels, I've read them all and have the next one on pre-order already. I was psyched when this installment came out, it has short stories that feature Sookie Stackhouse. These stories have been previously printed in other books (other collections of other worldly beings written by several other authors). What can I say? I never entertained reading fantasy/romance. but here I am AGAIN. Harris' character development and protagonist reckoning is maddingly addictive. Have there been a few discrepancies? Yup. Ms. Harris has corrected the issue. but really this is a trivial issue. Its Sookie and her developing life in the wake of global revelations that keeps me coming back. Oh and Eric.
