Awesome:

I read a little at a time and then go back and re-read to be sure I got it. I listen to the CD as often as I can and it is amazing. It can change my mood from bad to good. I believe that this is like a reference book to go back to many times.

It's like taking a course!:

This 7 day program is quite an intensive course on discovering and figuring yourself out. I am finding it requiring more time and emotional energy than I planned yet I see that it will be invaluable in the log run! Wow, it makes you look hard at yourself. 5 years of therapy in a book. The CD is great. Listening to it even if you don't read the book is still great for you self esteem.

I have read the one star postings stating that the download does not work. It must have been fixed, because it is working now. Just go to the link cited in the book and download (The UK page). Do not go to his US web page version because it is not there. Maybe that is what the previous one star reviewers did. I had no problem downloading the audio, and it is good!

Great Book!:

I really liked this book. It uses NLP, meditation, self-hypnosis and basic strategies for success to help reprogram ones self-image and thought patterns. I had read a few NLP books before this, but this is the first one that I was able to put to practical use. I was pleasantly surprised when it dedicated a chapter to Byron Katie's work.
