Product seems better than Microsoft Office 2003. Amazon really impressed me because I never received the first shipment and they sent a second one out without question. That is very rare for a company in this day and age. As usual, Amazon keeps me happy. I'm so glad I did not buy this product from someone else.
Step by Step: 
This product is somewhat helpful but very short on details. Many things I wanted to learn about are not included. Unless you're very inexperienced, I think this product is too deficient to be useful.

THIS BOOK IS TRULY... STEP BY STEP.... I LOVE IT .. IT COVERS EVERYTHING I NEED IN THE PROGRAM.

I found this book to be most valuable in using Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. It describes and teaches you the skills you need to use this program more efficiently.
Even if you used this program before, which may have been an older program, it will be a big help to you.
The CD that came with it is a plus especially for new users.
