Bob Harper - awesome!:
Bob Harper, as on the Biggest Loser, is awesome in his book. The book gets you to think about your body as a sacred vessel...I love that. Anyway, highly recommended for all those struggling with weight issues.
Are you Ready!: 
If you are ready to really change your life, this book is for you. Bob goes into the emotional aspects of weight loss and the journey along the way. He tries to help you accept you for you. But, it's your decision whether you head the advice and change your life. A lot of it is about you. Bob can help get you going, but if you're not ready, you will never complete the journey.
