Perfect Gift:
I purchased this "monograph" of sorts for my mother in law who has everything, but loves portraits. The book is a presence, due to size and production quality. It's certainly something that works perfectly as a gift for that person who has everything and maybe does not find high art accessible.

Everyone knows Vanity Fair is at the top of the heap in terms of quality long-form journalism and amazing photography. This coffee table book brings together some of the best images from nearly a century of Vanity Fair issues. The photographs are utterly amazing and truly inspirational. This is a must-have for any photo buff.
A Must for Any Lover of Photos:
I am a semi-pro photographer and am always on the lookout for inspiration, so when i saw this on the shelf, I had to pick it up. 10 or 15 pages in, I was hooked. I had to buy it. The images in this book are incredible, but the foreward the and way the images are arranged just makes reading through that much more fun. I found this book to be inspiring and historically interesting. How the author arranged the images next to each other was interesting to me, old vs newer etc. As a professional photographer, I love to look at photography and have found hours of entertainment within this book.
