NLP works. It's tempting to write off the suggestions in the book because they're so obvious and simple, but the real gem here is the audio recording that accompanies the book. The fact of the matter is that if you stop eating when you feel full and only eat when you're hungry, you will lose weight. That's how it's working for me, and it is working. This book is very good at reminding us and showing us how to use our minds to hep us lose the unwantd pounds. The CD really helps, too.
Strange Diet Book:
Mr.McKenna uses hypnotic affects on the CD that comes with the book. The book is only a small part of his premise. The CD works on your mind in a subtle way to help you eat less and make better choices. To call it a diet book is not quite accurate. I have not lost much weight, yet but have noticed changes in the way I approach food. In have reason to think that the system may work. Don't Waste Your Money:
I read the book and listened to the CD for months. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. The book is useless.....all common sense. The CD is annoying and did nothing to "hypnotically" change anything for me. It literally put me to sleep....but no hypnotic affect. Don't waste your time or your money!
