Too much splenda:
I like the recipes. The only complaint I have is the use of Splenda in nearly everything.
Great cookbook:
These recipes are easy to read and easy to put together. They really are healthy dinners. It's a great cookbook to have whether you want low carb dinners or not.
Great Low-Carb Recipes:
We went low carb in Sept. I discovered Dana Carpender books at the library. My husband and I enjoyed her recipes so much, I decided to buy my own copy of the slow cooker recipes. Two of her other books I like are the 15-minute and 500 more recipes. I highly recommend her books.
