For anyone seriously considering eating healthy and at the same time losing weight, this is your bible, to be read often. This is one of the best books I have ever bought. It is easy to use. There is so much information in it. I just love it. It is a five star product. I have gotten 4 of them to give to others. It is G-R-E-A-T. It is an easy read, no crazy words or hard to follow chapters. It is simple and straight to the point. You can eat everything but junk food.
