Love it!:

This is a great book. The recipes are very easy to follow, and I love all of the skin recipes. Have caution with some of the essential oils listed, though. Go onto Rose Mountain Herb's website for more detail.

Excellent Information and Recipes!:

This book is amazing and exactly what I was looking for. I was already using essential oils for a lot of our health issues and wanted to go more natural with other products. This book explains in detail the uses of the different oils and which ones are drying, it talks about what essential oils and vegetable oils are best for different skin types. Everything I've made out of this book has been great! I do adapt the recipes a bit as I don't tend to use herbs as much as essential oils, but it still turns out... more info

Well woth book:

This book if full of recipes. THis is must if you are doing your own shampoo lotions etcs. SOme of the ingredients I found to be very cheap like the herbs--you dont need to much and my local health store sold them for not much per pound. So I think this book is very good if you are a beginner or experienced at EOs. The book contains recipes for all skin types and hair types, stuff for men, teenager, etc. Well worth the money.

This is one of the best books to make 100% natural body products FROM SCRATCH. Highly recommended!!
