Best little book on carbs:
I looked at several books on carb counting. This is absolutely the best. More foods. Better arranged. Easy to use. The material in the front and back are very helpful and easy to understand. If I had to have just one book in my quest to reduce carbs, this would be it.
Terrific for Diabetics!:
My son has Type I diabetes, so counting carbohydrates is an absolute requirement. This book has information on calorie and carbohydrates for a wide variety of restaurant entrees, as well as the basic foods. That makes eating out so much easier! The book is small and easily portable, so it goes with my son where he goes! I wish we had found this book eight years ago!
