The thing I love about this DVD is that it is challenging and I see results quickly (1 or 2 weeks). Tamilee is awesome. When I first start this DVD, I always work myself into it: I take breaks often, until I can complete the whole video during one play. stick with a newer series:
I purchased this video because I used it in the nineties and found it very effective, and I like Tamilee Webb. However now it seems very slow and dull compared to more recent work out videos. Tamilee uses the same moves but updated, and the workouts seem to go quicker in her newer videos. Stick with a newer workout! It's boring.The Science of Fitness with Tamilee - I Want That Body!

i used this video with a friend of mine 4 times a week for about a month. its cheesy and outdated, but it was a good workout and just challenging enough. my friend and i have different body types, and she loves it... but i, on the other hand, gain muscle in my lower body very, very easily, and within about a week of working out with buns of steel my butt had stayed about the same but my thighs had gotten huge! so... if you do gain muscle easily and don't want to add any to your quads, this might not be for... more info
