Super Intense Fast Paced Workout:

Hi..My name is Roger Jones and I'm 41 years of age. This workout is undoubtedly the most difficult and intense I've ever done. WOW....WOW...WOW...WOW is what I have to say. I've been using Jane Fonda's workout videos since 1995 and I recently purchased this one last year (2007), even though it's one of her earliest. I've been using Lower Body Solution, Low Impact Aerobics and Stretch, The Complete Workout and Lean Routine. Lean Routine used to be my favorite but this one takes the number one spot.
