Decent Tools, but Cheaply Made:
A Dremel is one of the best tools out there in terms of variability. You can cut anything from paper to solid steel (Ya, I actually did), and the variety of attachments beats almost any tool out there. However, I've been spoiled with an older generation Dremel with 5 speeds and a full metal casing. After relieving this Dremel as a gift, I am disappointed with the build quality of it. The Dremel item is fine as with all Dremel products. It is less expensive at Walmart, so check their prices first

I have one of these with a cord. I went to my foot Dr. and they used a cordless on my feet to take Callas off my feet. I thought I could use this to file the toenails off my Dog. I am very pleased with the things I buy from Amazon.
Dremel 7700 Rotary Tool:
The dremel 7700 rotary tool is handy in that it is cordless and allows you to move about easily. However, the battery life does not last very long, especially when you are working on projects that require a lot of torque. For anyone needing a moderate power the dremel 7700 is under powered.
