Good cookie press, very pleased.:
I purchased this for myself more than a year ago to replace a much loved 25+ year old Wearever press that died; the advancing mechanism just wore out. I was a little hesitant about this new press because my Wearever one had a thickness control setting and this one has only 2 settings. I was tempted by the stainless steel, good reviews and many dies though. The first time I used it my dough must have been too stiff because it took a lot of effort to get the cookies out and I had a very hard time making them... more info
Amazing Cookie Press!:
This cookie press is the best one I've owned!! It does help to keep the press and the disks in the freezer until you are ready to use them so the dough doesn't stick to either. So easy to use and the cookies were perfect everytime!!
Dough won't come out of the press:
I decided to buy this cookie press based on Amazon reviews, but am very disappointed. I use an old family Spriz recipe which uses butter and the cookies would not stick to my cookie sheet. They got stuck in the press and I had to pry them out, which ruined the shape of the cookies. So I'm back to square one, sending this one back.

I purchased this Atlas Cookie Maker for my husband and he loves it!! Only downfall is you have to refill more often. I say just another way to change out the various designs!!
