What can I say? Calphalon can't be beat. I received the Hard-Anodized 7-Qt Chef's Casserole as a birthday present. I love it! It cooks so evenly and is always a breeze to clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

I just love my hard-anodized 7-quart pan!! It is a great size for many things. And I can't express how much I love every piece of my commercial hard-anodized Calphalon!!! One of the best purchases!

I purchased this product for it was a good price. It is a beautiful piece to cook with anything from rice, pulav to vegetable to sauces. It is a perfect size for 1-4 people cooking. The shape is such that it can go from the stove to tabletop and is very easy to clean. Highly recommend to buy.
