Why did it take me so long to buy this?:
I had been thinking of getting a carpet cleaner for several years and put if off. Enter a sick dog and well...you can take it from there. It came in 3-4 days with free delivery! It's easy to use, though if you have to do a couple of rooms with stains to go over, your wrist could be sore! The directions are easy to follow and it also has a long cord. This is the 2nd carpet shampooer I've owned. I love it! It works great -makes the carpet look nice and carpet dries very quickly. It got rid of ink stains and nasty stains on the steps. Hopefully, it will last more than 2 years, but even so, at this price, it's an incredible deal! I based my decision on weight of the cleaner and reading reviews. Read the manual thoroughly before operating device.
