standard mini-jack * in-line volume control and mute button * adjustable noise-canceling boom microphone * reversible * 4-foot cord * warranty: 90 days
Designed for use with any cordless phone possessing a standard 2.5 mm jack, Panasonic's KX-TCA92 is an excellent way for you to talk hands-free while you work. Its boom-style microphone adjusts to an optimum level for your mouth and cancels solid-state background noise for cleaner transmissions. The KX-TCA92 is reversible--you may wear it on either ear--and it uses a comfortable, lightweight design and offers a 4-foot cord so you'll enjoy nearly unfettered movement while wearing it.

Works fine, not great:
It works well enough, but it is overall unremarkable. One thing that is somewhat annoying is that you have to keep pressing on the mute button to remain mute. It can be a useful feature because you will find it difficult to forget you are on mute, but often you want to be on mute because you need to do something that requires your hands (e.g. typing on a keyboard). It also folds to some extent, but that's not a useful feature, since I cannot imagine using this headset for travel. Overall it is not as... more info
Nice design, less than ideal.:
Nice folding design, folds nice for the car. Bad is sound quality and sensitivity. The mute button needs to pressed and maintained for as long as you desire to be muted, not a switch-on-switch-off type. Like the cheaper, non-folding unit much better.
Great Addition to Panasonic Cordless Phone:
I purchased this to go with the Panasonic KX-TG6702B 2-Line 5.8 GHz FHSS GigaRange Expandable Cordless Phone System. Works great. I do a lot of work on the computer and this is a good hands-free addition.
Love it:
This is the second Panasonic headset I've had. I replaced a much older one that I got 4 years of daily usage from, simply because I wore it out. When I replaced my first one, I originally bought a wireless plantronics headset that sounded horrible, so I returned it and saved $200 by going back to the plain, simple, and solid panasonic.
