When I was in high school I did the tae bo tapes in my aerobics class and really liked how fun and easy they were. Now that I'm an adult and in need of a workout routine I decided to try tae bo again. This dvd is exactly what I was looking for. It eases you into the workout so you don't jump into the strain and the moves are simple yet they get the blood flowing. I like that the girls in the back keep count - almost like dance moves. Horrible:

I would not order again from this seller. I purchased the item on the 9th of Sept and received it on the 10th of Oct. There was no communication from the seller at all.

Nice workout!:

Great cardio workout, without straining my muscles like I've done in a "live" cardio kickboxing class. My only complaint is that the same exercise was not always done on the opposite side. In other words, if we did a series of movements using our left side, it wasn't always done on the right. Most of the time it did, but not always.

LOVE this video:

This was my first BB's experience, and I was so happy with it. It is a great workout for beginners but as you get better, you can continue doing the routine, you're just faster and more coordinated. Billy talks quite low, but that's fine because you don't really pay attention to what he's saying anyway, you're just watching the group do the moves and trying to follow along. His blond assistant to the right of Billy is a motivator all by herself just because she is so ripped. I highly recommend getting this... more info
