Warmer than other pads:
Bought this heat pad along with another pad of a major manufacturer. This pad generated more heat at the highest level. The other pad is now used as a cat bed warmer. Will be buying another Softheat pad soon. Softheat is a great product at a great price!
Disappointed:
I am disappointed because the tag lied. They do automatically shut off. I bought these because the tag said that they do not automatically shut off. Liar liar liar
Disappointing:
Disappointing - bought at local Target store for $13.99 yesterday. Highest heat setting is barely warm and also found it to be too rigid to target specific area (neck/shoulder in my case).
No Auto-Off:
I like this item because it has no auto-off. You can turn it on or off when you want. I would like it more if it were larger, but overall I am well satisfied with the product.
