Not really necessary --:

These are ok, but they don't really fit well in to the collection area. I'm sure you could find a better fitting bag.

Bags for schredder and oil for schredder:

Found out regular discount store garbage bags work just as well and cost less. The oil is a neccesary evil to keep schredder working properly.

These bags are just too small:

I ordered these bags along with the new shredder. The bags that came supplied with the unit are great. These bags that are sold as an add-on are simply unworkable. The quality is inferior(they are also smaller in size) and the ones I received just didn't fit the container. They are just useless to me now as I had run through the supply provided with the shredder and by the time I had thrown away the packaging for the add-on bags, I couldn't return them. Don't make the same mistake.

I ordered these bags (in addition to the ones that came with the shredder) but never received them. Not sure why, maybe they tried to send them to out PO Box. Anyway, the ones that came with the machine work well if you make sure and tuck the bag behind the plastic slits at the front of the machine waste recepticle. If not, you might as well not use a bag because it will be all over the place.
