This rubber like non stick baking/freezing mat is a pan liner made of food grade woven silicone. It's thermal shock resistant from -40 F to 600 F and is reusable up to 3000 times. Its ultimate non stick properties are suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie and confectioner work, as well as cookies and cakes. It's preferable to roll the mat rather than to fold it for storage. No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water. The baking mat has a special silicone finish on one side only and therefore does not adhere to a working surface. The baking mat can also be placed directly on an oven rack or cooling rack. It is composed of fiberglass fibers and therefore cannot be cut.

Those makes baking cookies a breeze!:
I love baking cookies, and my main problem was that my cookies was always sticking the pain, or making the pans hard to clean after a batch... Not anymore. This mat works like a charm. Makes it just so easy. Put the mat on the cookie sheet, put batter, cook, take off cookie with spatula, and repeat. No mess, just clean the mat with hot water and a little soap afterwords and you are good to go. I have two of those and use them all the time for baking. A definitly must for cookie baking.

I bought this for my wife and she thank me and said that it works great.
Cookies Still Burn on the Bottom:
I purchased this based on a review that said it would fix your problem if your cookies regularly burn on the bottom before being finished. I am sad to say I did not find this to be the answer to that problem. My cookies were too brown on the bottom before they were ready to come out, so I may have a dud stove ... this may be useful otherwise but that's the only reason that I wanted it. Also take note of the size if you are new to baking like I am as this may not be the right size for your baking pan as it... more info
works very well:
Nice quality, works well, just a hair too big for my pans, but they work nonetheless.
