I bought one of these quickly after bringing home a Play Station. We are grandparents that like to play with our grandkids, but cords were an absolute heck-no for us. We found this cordless to be rapid response, sturdy, easy to handle,it has great distance. Grandpa can sit way back (15 feet) in his recliner and have no hesitation, I can use it from the kitchen, where I am usually busy, and still get great response. I have bought four of these controllers. They have all worked great. I think they work as well as the original Sony controllers but at a lot better price. We wanted the cordless capability but didn't want to pay $50.00 to get it. So I tried these and they work great.
