Delivery date was almost a month from date of purchase and product was still late (my credit card was charged when purchased). After multiple requests for a tracking #, the seller responded. However, the tracking # wasn't activated for almost 2 weeks after his response. During this time, I asked him to cancel my order and refund my $$.
