Innovative product but not durable:

This retractable leash incorporates a bag system to make it one of the most convenient methods to walk your dog.
The leash system is easy to use. Pushing the release button allows you to control the distance that your dog can walk ahead of you. The handle has a rubber grip which is comfortable.

This is simply a Dog Leash - NOT RETRACTABLE !!!!!!! Do Not Purchase:

Just received this product in the mail....I've had it less than an hour and it broke. My dog never used it....this leash is terrible!!! Do not purchase.

Retract broke before credit card charge came through:

I liked the concept but the rewind broke within a couple weeks of receiving the product. With all the warnings about the hazards of the coiled spring I don't dare try to open the compartment. It feels like I wasted $17.99*

Great even after 7 years:

We got this when our dog was a puppy. It's great. Yes, on occasion, the reel-in mechanism sticks, but we just rinse of the sand/dirt and we're good to go. We love the fact that the bags are already there, and we don't have to have something dangle off the leash or packed separately. I can't recommend this highly enough! we love it-
