Didn't work as expected:
I was a little disappointed in this product, after seeing all of the rave reviews that it got. What we have is a brick house that is a little cold in the winter. I wanted something to help heat the living room, so we didn't have to fire the furnace constantly. The living room is about 15x20 with one end open to the stairs and dining room. I think this is the problem. This heater didn't put out enough heat to even create a noticable difference in this room. Should it have? I don't know. In all fairness we... more info
Amazing Little Heater!:
This heater really IS amazing! It's used to heat a pretty good sized common area. And you really KNOW this bugga is not only heating the room, but the hallways, galley kitchen area and all this in a 3 bdrm/2 bath place! You really KNOW it's working when you open any closed door to enter adjoining room and you see how COLD it is in there! Set to max heat and blew out mild warm air...I was able to keep my hand in front of heater for 3-5 minutes without once feeling I had to move my hand because it was to hot....piece of crap for the money. I was told maybe it was defective and requested a refund instead of an exchange.

Have the DVTH Heater for about 3 months. When I first took it out of the box, I thought "how is this little, lightweight thing going to heat up a room?" Well it does. I'm using it in a 2 room basement area and it's great. I actually have to shut it after a few minutes because it heats up the room that good. Also, not a noisy humming, vibrating sound and super compact and easy to lift to any area. And it's so simple to use and change the temperature...
