great for premees:
I have a premature infant and in the NICU they used something similar to keep him warm. He has trouble keeping his tempature up so I bought a swaddle Me and it has been the best purcharse yet. I love it. It keeps him warm without having to pile on the blankets, which are dangerous for infants. I will deffinetly be buying more as he grows out of this one.

This is no "miracle blanket," but it is quality, less expensive alternative - especially since your baby will only need to be swaddled for the first 3 months or so. I would highly recommend the fleece for colder months. The cotton is great, but I didn't find it warm enough for winter. The velcro tabs allow you to get this super tight and doesn't allow your little one to wriggle out!

These are the best swaddlers - saved us a lot of time, especially at 3:00 am. Baby loved having the snug fit and he couldn't kick or claw out of it. I think he got a lot more sleep because of these. Watch out if you are not in sub-zero temps, the mirco fleece ones are pretty thick and warm! Buy the cotton and get more use out of them.
Great concept, but not very practical.:
This item has a great concept, but really does not work. It could not contain my daughter. She could wiggle out of this very easily. Would not recommend this item.
