Works well, but haven't used it a lot:
So far I'm pleased with this unit. It seems to work well and does what it states. You have to clean the filter a lot, each time you use it - but it seems to clean well. I've not used it a lot but I'd purchase again...so far so good....
Great Product:
This is a great little product. It works much better than any little dustbuster and the brush head really helps to pick up stuff. My cat hair on the couch and stairs dont stand a chance. The hose and tool are convenient. My only complaint is the storage of the cord is poorly engineered and easily slips off the unit when you are trying to store it and there is no way to unroll just what you need. Basically it is all or nothing, meaning if I want to use it I must unroll more cord than I care to roll back up.... more info
Great vacuum, especially for the price:
I was looking for a hand-held vacuum and wanted to purchase a Dyson, since I love the floor model that I have. Bought I was put off by the price. Decided to give the Eureka 71B a try and I have to say that it is awesome. Much better than what I was expecting. The bristles for carpet work especially well. Have also used it for my car and furniture and have had incredible results. Can't recommend this enough!

My euro pro shark died and I did not think I could ever be happy with another hand-held vacuum. I was wrong. This one is so much more powerful and easy to use. So many reviews say it is heavy - compared to a dust vac yes compared to another hand held like my shark not heavy at all. It is so easy to use and it is amazingly powerful.
