Oh Bother Why Art Thou:
If you have an office with more than 10 people and need regular print outs, let's say 200-250 a day, then this is not the printer for you. It has a high initialization time and a slower printing speed. We recently installed a new toner and it still asks us to change something or the other. The printer tends to make a loud sound while printing and sometimes pushing the lower half makes the sound go away. This is definitely not for rugged use. Great all -in-one machine:
The Brother MFC 7420 was well worth the money. Although I don't really use a printer regularly, I use it as a fax and copier. The only feature I wish it had in the fax mode, is that it would show the number dialed which I'm faxing to after it starts sending. At that point, the number disappears from the window, and just shows Page 01, Page 02, etc. If you are sending the same fax to diff numbers, it is nice to know where the machine is at the point you may look at it, but there would be no way to tell.... more info
Great for any office!:
It's inexpensive, does everything you need, and reliable. I bought one for my sister and one for myself and we're both are happy with the product.

If you print more than about 5 pages, everything starts to get all wadded up in the receiving tray or ends up on the floor. This is really irritating. When trying to scan more than about 10 pages at a time, it locks up and... more info
