Wonderful:
I received this as a gift one year as part of a set. I absolutely love all pieces including this muffin tin. Each peice is very sturdy and absolutely non-stick. As mentioned in the other review, the rim can be hard to clean if you don't wipe off access before entering it into the oven. Best part is, it cuts down on baking time. So turn down your oven and check them early! If your not careful you'll burn your goods very quickly!
A nifty little muffin pan to have!:
I love that there is a 6-cup muffin tin available. It's so handy to have, if you want to make a half batch of muffins, or you have a muffin recipe that makes more than the standard 12. This pan will solve your problems! It is made of aluminized steel and has a darkened surface. This means you will need to lower the temperature of your muffin recipes by 25 degrees to get the best results. Bakes well:
Sturdy pan, even baking. Minus one star because the rim of each well is hard to clean no matter how hard I try to keep it free from baked-on batter. I don't understand why manufacturers cannot make muffin pans in a solid piece.
