I used this to mount a Samsung LN40A550 to my wall - as high on the wall as could get it. The literature states 15 deg of tilt, but there are two ways of tilting it: (1) is by friction so you can just pull it to the desired location. The second is a series of holes with a screw that you can use to lock it at a particular tilt. So, if you combine the two you can get up to 30 degrees of tilt. Excellent product at a good price: 
I researched a lot of wall mount units before finally deciding on this one. I wanted to make sure I got a good, sturdy mount to be able to hold my 40" Sony Bravia XBR5, and this one was perfect. Peerless provided step-by-step instructions which were accompanied by a wide range of screws, washers and spacers for just about any brand and model of flat screen you can think of. The good,
Includes screws and brackets for a bajillion TV types. Rudimentary installation is fairly easy. Fairly inexpensive.
The bad:
Poor instructions. Unable to tighten mounting brackets due to their proximity to the wall. Advertised for 50" displays, but the wall mounted sheet metal is so thin it 'barely' holds my 46" plasma. Wall screws need to be higher quality steel so the the recessed Phillips receptacle doesn't strip so easily (they are hex screws, so you can use a hex driver when...more info
Sturdy design, proud owner of new wall studfinder:
This took some time and a bit of preparation (as in the purchase of a wall studfinder). Once the mount was on the wall with my 46" HDTV hanging from it, I haven't seriously worried about it since. It's really great to free up the space that used to be taken up with my old 36", 250lb tube monstrosity.
