Unlike bulky chargers that are often in the way of controls and radio buttons, the Monster Mobile Ultra-Low Profile Car Phone Charger lies virtually flush with your dashboard. Its design is unobtrusive enough that you can leave it in the lighter socket for ready charging at a moment's notice. The heavy-duty cord collar provides strain relief to help reduce the chance of cord breakage. This charger is made for use with Motorola RAZR and 780A models as well as Blackberry 6000 and 7000 series phones (see compatibility list below).
The Ultra-Low Profile Charger's indicator light shows red when charging and green when finished.
It features Monster's Smart Digital Charger technology, which charges the maximum charging rate your phone will allow for lighting fast recharges--and it only supplies the amount of power needed. It will completely charge your phone or just top it off, where other chargers continue to slam your battery with voltage even after it's been fully charged.
Features:
Ultra-low profile minimizes dashboard clutter
Coiled cord for minimal hassle
24k goid contacts for maximum power transfer and corrosion resistance
Dual color LED reads red when charging, green when fully charged
Charger works great! Slim Profile helps, I have a Scion XB 2005 (square style) and I had a charger for my Sidekick 3 which stuck out and would get bumped all the time. This charger is completely out of the way.
Good and easy to use:
Very small and handy..... works well... easy to use... works well with my Blackberry Pearl... on the top it has the glow which tells whether its charging or not... which is cool too... Worth a buy
$5.99?? Seriously! WOW! Order one now!:
I should have ordered more as gifts. As a matter of fact, I probably will! Very well made! And it is much smaller than regular chargers!
Very happy with it...:
I bought this cord for my Motorola w385 from Boost Unlimited. It looks good, fits very tight in the 12v receptacle and I like the color indicating charge state. The end that plugs into the phone has a 90 degree elbow and on my w385 it puts the cord what i would consider upside down. That makes it get in the way of the vent mounted cell phone holder I bought at Wal-Mart, but it works fine with the other one I have, an S-Type I bought at an auto store. That said I think the fault lies with the cell phone... more info
