worth the price, no question:
This headset has good range, good sound quality, and is easy to use. I strongly recommend purchasing the handset lifter along with it. The glue on the handset lifter does tend to dry out a little--some doublestick tape will solve the problem. Best thing in my office.
Works well, but requires a desktop phone to function:
I have gone through at least 5 headset in the last year. I talk on my phone nearly 5 hours per day and they typically just stop working. This one, however is built extremely well and is durable enough for my 12 month old daughter to chew on it without causing any issues whatsoever. Overall, it works very well. Very clear for both parties on the phone. Although, I am not getting anywhere near the distance that other people are talking about. Great headset:
I've had the CS-55 for about a month now and, overall, it's been great. I've tried other headsets and been disappointed but now I wouldn't go without one. Sound quality is very good and callers report that they can hear me clearly too. My only complaint (and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is that the ear clip was uncomfortable for both me and an employee I bought the same unit for. I'm using the headband and it works fine but I'd prefer an ear clip if it was comfortable.
Pricey but awesome:
This is the second version of this I have owned and I have one at work and two at home. Great range and reception, really great hand free and the other party can hear you clear as a bell. They are a bit pricey but are clearly the best headsets on the market.
