Headset incomplete:
I enjoyed the headset but I was disappointed because in the picture, when I look at it, it showed including the remote control to use the microphone
but when I opened it I realized that I had to purchase the remote control which I did. But it cost me more and more time.

i cannot get the phone part to work on my psp even though it does work. comfort is ok

The headset works just fine, have a nice design and nice sound. I still think the PSP doesn't have enough sound power either on their built in speakers or headphones.
Don't buy this product unless you have a PSP-2000 w/ remote control:
I was excited to get this headset for my new PSP-2000 and get started calling friends overseas with Skype. I plug it in and the sound quality is great but nobody can hear me. Turns out, you have to have the remote control unit to use the microphone. So if you want to use it for skype buy the skype kit. Unfortunately they did not sell the skype kit at the time of purchase and I'm going to be out a few extra bucks buying more headphones I don't need, just to buy the remote.
