Good product but only for limited uses.:
I bought this item to be able to apply heat to various muscles that were stiff and causing pain. It is great to use in some circumstances. However the inconvenience of keeping it in place using the band provided and it's shape after it is filled with water convinced me to buy a moist heat electric pad. I ordered one from Amazon, but later cancelled due to the one month shipping delay and bought the same at Walmart for a slightly lower price. This bag got a hole a few months after I purchased it (mainly as a hot water bottle for my back). Go with another model.
