I was disappointed with this product and returned it. The pillow was way too small for me. The microbeads were few and far between. The massager was alright, but I was very disappointed in the product.
ALMOST great:
I lost a microbead pillow over the summer (which I loved) I figured Amazon was the place to find a replacement. I did indeed find one, which arrived in it's usual timely manner (I have Amazon Prime) I was very happy until I discovered microbeads IN MY BED. Upon inspection I discovered a small hole (Ah ha! The bead escape path!) I took my handy super glue gel, put a dot of it on the offending hole and now all is well (a bit unsightly but no beads escaping)

this is not the fault of Amazon, but the maker. the button never worked for the massage part. we got three and not one worked!
Not very useful:
This pillow is soft and sqwishy, but it is too small. Also, there is a vibrator inside that doesn't work. I just cut out the battery case and use it once in a great while.
