Cuisinart is pleased to offer an exciting variety of specialty pieces. Easy pouring saucepans make draining liquids simple and our gourmet pans make everyday cooking tasks a pleasure
Enhance your existing Chef's Classic set with this versatile, 12-inch everyday pan, or give it as a gift to someone whose kitchen space is limited. You can cook practically anything in this superb specialty piece. Simmer soup, fry chicken, stir-fry vegetables, cook pancakes, and even bake casseroles. The two loop-style, riveted stainless-steel handles make the shape more compact for fitting in an oven, and the domed glass lid conveniently lets you monitor what's cooking. Chef's Classic cookware handsomely serves at the table, too.
Cuisinart constructs this pan of hard-anodized aluminum, which is even stronger than stainless steel, with an encapsulated pure aluminum core for quick, even heating. The interior features Cuisinart's Quantanium nonstick finish, a high-quality, long-lasting finish internally reinforced with titanium. Little oil or butter is needed when cooking on this ultra-smooth surface, and low to medium heat is recommended, along with non-metal utensils. The piece is oven-safe to 500 degrees F and should be washed only by hand. Cuisinart covers this pan with a lifetime limited warranty against defects. --Ann Bieri

Love it!:
I love this pan and use it nearly every day for pasta sauce, stir fry, quesadillas, or eggs. If you have only room for one pan, make it this one!
Great everyday pan:
The sloped sides & depth of this pan make it an ideal "go to" piece of cookware. With the non-stick finish, you can get a nice browning on whatever food you are preparing & still enjoy an easy clean-up. I really like the glass lid as you can see whatever you have bubbling in there without raising the lid & losing heat. We may very well use this pan every day, just as the name suggests! Great for serious cooks as well as the novice.
Best non-stick pan ever!!!:
This is the best non-stick pan I have ever owned. It is light-weight, the smaller handles make it easy to use on stovetop with other pans and nothing sticks to it. I have made everything from eggs to fish to steak in this pan and they all turn out beautifully. I had received the KitchenAid stainless steel set for Christmas (which I like) but since getting this pan I have not touched my stainless steel frying pans. It is safe to say that I use this at least 5 times a week. It is super easy clean-up... more info
Bottom warped:

We like to pan sear steaks and chops, and it's a real hassle when the pan does not heat evenly. We use an LG electric glass cooktop and have not seen this problem with other pots or pans. The warping began about 6 months in and has gotten progressively worse. I think that the problem is that the pan is the same thickness (or thinness) all over. That makes it... more info
