Omron HBF-400 Body Fat Monitor and Scale:
The product does exactly what it is described to do. I do not know how accurate it is vs. getting your body fat checked at the nutritionist or the gym, but it is a consistent number, giving you a nice benchmark to view your progress. I particularly like the fact that you can enter information for up to 4 family members as well as a 'guest' entry. It saves you last entry to help you see your progress. Nice tool at a nice price. Definately recommended.

Recently I have tried at least 5 different kinds and brands, and only this one actually worked perfect, with very good precission. Finally I'm happy with body scale I have.
Nice inexpensive scale with a lot of features:
For the price, this is a great scale. The weight increments/steps are in 2/10ths of a pound. It would be nice if it was 1/10th or in ounces, but its fine. I don't know how accurate the fat and BMI measurements are, but it is fine for our family's needs.
