I love this workout:
The arms workout is awesome. You feel that you are making a difference in the first few minutes. I always look for workout for my busy schedule as well as something I can do with my young children in the room who always pick my exercise time to want to be picked up. The 10 minute sequences are perfect and you really feel like you are doing something.
Great for those needing a quick effective pilates workout:
This dvd is wonderful if you only have a few minutes a day to do some core strengthening. I usually do 2 of the 5 10 minute workouts which I rotate throughout the week. Even 20 minutes a day gives you great results. Some of the exercises are a little advanced, so if you have never done pilates this dvd is not for you. Start with a more basic workout.
You won't regret it:
I rented this DVD from Netflix at first because I was trying out fitness DVDs before I made the plunge to buy something to use regularly. After all how many times have we all bought something thinking it was going to be good, only to be disappointed later? Well anyway, after just using it a few times I really liked it. The moves are challenging without being impossible, especially for a beginner. The DVD comes in different segments according to goal and body part. Nice simple instruction, not phony like a lot of instructors can be. Great short workouts - and easy to choose your routine for the day.
