If you want to play CRAPS - buy something else!:

As a lover of Craps, I had a previous version of this software and loved it, but I lost it so I had to buy another one. Unfortunately, I stumbled across this package at Best Buy and bought it. I wish I had done some research first. The only game I bought it for - Craps - is unplayable!! It's the same problem all these other reviews specify - the long wait time after each roll of the dice.
I did try 'Let it Ride' and had no problems, but I didn't play it for more than about 20 minutes.

Hoyle Casino 2007 vs Hoyle Casino 2004:

Hoyle Casino 2007 is the most annoying of the series. That glitch while playing craps is terrible. Also the sound quality is very rough and some of the fun features such as the drinks service and the trash talking have been taken away. It would have been good to see new items in the face creator section, more choice and better voices. A few more interesting characters wouldn't hurt either.

GRIPES ON CASINO 2007:

I ENJOY THE CASINO 2007 GAMES VERY MUCH. I HAD CASINO 2003 UNTIL IT QUIT PERFORMING, WITH VERY LITTLE PROBLEMS. THE CASINO 2007 IS ALMOST IDENTICAL, BUT IT HAS ONE PROBLEM. THE CRAPS GAME DOES NOT WORK GOOD AT ALL. IT HANGS UP AND WILL NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS. I TRIED THREE TIMES TO GET ADVICE ON FIXING IT OR A REPLACEMENT FROM THE AUTHORS, BUT SINCE I BOUGHT IT FROM AMAZON AND NOT THEM, THEY REFUSE TO HELP. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS???

how can they release it?:

Now this is an official product of the United States Playing Card Company. Then how is it possible that after rolling the dice, you won't be able to roll it till a minute later? This bug is so obvious you wonder how is it possible that the product is released before they fix this bug. Also, half a year has passed since the user reported the problem on amazon and known on the official Encore forum. Now, the bug is still not said to be fixed on the official support page.
