SUPER buy! I run a small doctors office and I have quite a bit to shred. This product is great. It does not bogg down with continued shredding. Fast and efficient. Handles 17 pages with ease. It has a special CD/DVD shredder that is super. The only con is that is is a little messy, when you pull out the drawer some of the shredding falls behind the door and you have to sweep it out, but for the price and quality it is a must have.

Recieved in undamaged condition in a timely manner.
Somewhat larger than expected so check dimensions.
Shreds multiple pages well without jamming.
Would recommend this product for general use of those wanting to protect their privacy.
Good Choice for Office or Home:
We recently bought this shredder for our office and it's shared between two people. I looked at lots of different styles and features and finally decided on this one. The day we got it, I tried to cause it to fail - to test it out. It took everything I gave it. It only jammed once because I tried to put way too much paper through at one time and when that happened, I hit the reverse button and it all came out with ease. LOVE IT:
We have had this shredder for quite a few months now, and we absolutely love it. It is much quieter then our previous one, and is a little work horse. I would highly recommend this product to any small business or home office.
