I don't know how hot R.J.'s wok is, but my turner didn't melt. (Maybe R.J. let the turner rest in the pan? Don't do that - stir, then take it out. :) I've looked everywhere locally and lots of places online for a chuan or wok spatula safe for a non-stick skillet - this is the closest to ideal I've found. I would appreciate it if the scoop were a little deeper so that the capacity were larger, and if any of you have a recommendation please let me know!
