Nothing worked: 
I purchased this unit based on the brand name and low price. When I tried to unloosen the fitting around the adjustable hanger it wouldn't budge. Nothing, including pliers, would work. I went ahead and installed the unit as directed to my water pipe and turned on the shower. There was no water output. I returned the unit and, having learned my lesson, purchased a Peerless brand unit at twice the price. It installed quickly and works fine.
Cheap feel, leaks, hose twists the shower head crazy:
The settings are ok. But while the showerhead is in it's holder it Twists and sprays on the wall. I waited for the hose to unwind out of the box, too. The settings aren't all that powerful like I was expecting it to be. The hose material just plain gets on my nerves - The plastic fittings feel like they would break if I had to install it more than once.
We bought it for our truckdriver friend that travels, and the truck stop showers have low water pressure. I tried it out, and it truly is not what I...more info
