Exellent device:
I picked this unit up for less than advertised on amazon.com a few hours ago. Like some reviews stated, one doesn't necessarily need the Nike+ shoes, but considering I need a new pair of running shoes, I might as well grab a pair from my local Nike store. The unit works well with iPod Nano and iPod touch. I thought at first that it wasn't compatible with touch, but not only does it work with my touch(32GbSecGen), it doesn't need the receiver. If you are a visual person you need this!:
I am a very visual person and can't wait to log onto the computer to see my progress. I really enjoy the community challenges. It is an extra boost to compete against others. If you want something that will get you excited about walking or running I recommend this!

Another Great Apple Product:
Very nice, works well. You can buy things to make it work with non- Nike+ shoes.
Just doesn't go very well with airport security. Take it out or be prepared to explain what it is. No big deal.
