Inferior Quality, But Only Option for the JX10:
My original broke while in my pocket. These replacements are of the same inferior quality. The metal is lightweight, but flimsy. It breaks at the point where it attaches to the plastic clip portion. Good headset, bad earhook.
My advice: Keep the Jabra device with earhook in a sheath to protect it. And if you need another, get it from Jabra - they'll send you a set of replacements for free - something I found out too late. Apparently they are aware of the issue. Props to Jabra for taking care of their...more info
