Does Not Stand The Test Of Time:
I have bought 6 of these back in 2008 for my use in my home and as of today only 3 remain working. The others stopped working because the fingerprint sensor degraded over time and now needs to be replaced, but of course the 1 year warranty has expired. Also the programming is a somewhat convoluted in that the steps require a pressing of keys in a certain sequence that are easily subject to producing errors rather than convenience. the fingerprint is not working anymore... have to put the 8 digits code if i want to enter home !!

Should have called customer support sooner...:
After an easy although frustrating install, the unit worked and registered the fingerprints with some minor problems. As we continued to use it, the recognition became worse over time and we had to rely on the awkward keypad to enter the premises. For several months, we did not even bother to use the digital recognition until 10 days ago. I could not even read or register anything and I called their customer support.
