These pans have been great so far (1 month of use)--no sticking and great food! I've been diligent about only cooking over medium or low heat. And it's true that if you let your food develop a slight crust on the bottom then you don't need to use extra oil/butter. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a higher quality pan.

These pans actually started my calphalon collection. Now I have whole set from amazon and others. I have had these pans for over a year and use them almost everyday. I used to burn alot of things, but with the even heat distribution of these, hasnt happened yet.(knock on wood) Girlfriend liked these alot, so got her a set as well, says the same thing. With the lifetime warranty, how can you beat them?
