Design is good - quality not so much: When I first received this, I was quite happy. The "spring" seemed a bit tight, but it worked well with not too much force. The design gives you a quick cut, very helpful for skittish paws. All was going well, when unexplicably I took it out of the drawer one day and the next thing I know the "spring-i-ness" to it is gone. It sticks and will no longer snap back to its original position, rendering this difficult to use. You can still trim but only after manually resetting its position. I've maybe used this... Pet Grooming: These clippers are great for both my dog and cat and the fact that it has a "guide" built in so you don't clip too far is a great feature. great product, great price: Just trimmed all the nails on my 2 cats less than 2 minutes without them hissing at me. that says it all....
