After using less than 10 times, ours quit working exactly 2 days after the 90 day warranty expired.
What a piece of junk:
I got this home and the first time I used it its already broken. It wont spray water, and after being on for 10 seconds on the automatic mode it stops and beeps and all of the lights flashed. This one was refubished/remanufactured- it was SUPPOSED to be tested when it left the factory. Way to go Bissell.

I got this because I have pets and need to clean the carpet often. While I wasn't too thrilled with the leave it cleaning and come back to a missing spot feature, I have to say that the attachment does wonders! Hence the 4-star review. Cons: - If you are using it as a spot cleaner that you just leave alone, you may be disappointed. I'm the first to say, I don't like to clean house. Recently my good friend asked me to puppy sit a 5 week old yellow lab. For what he cost - I assumed he was house-trained. (smile) I ordered this SpotBot the same day the puppy arrived for overnight delivery - and what a wonderful magical machine!! The carpet looks brand new - with no left over odor - if you don't like to scrub messes - this will be your new best friend!
